What is N-gard Plus?

N-gard Plus is a liquid calcium that can be used in place of dry lime. Calcium is the most important fertilizer element—not only is it a direct nutrient to growing plants, but it transports all other nutrients up into the growing plant. This improves the efficiency of fertilizers and chemicals, promotes nitrogen fixation and reduces phosphate fixation.

Additionally, calcium neutralizes soil acidity, improving activity of favorable soil bacteria and decomposition of organic materials. This improves soil structure, promotes root development and increases water penetration and water-holding capacity.
